All our microgreens are grown organically and harvested fresh. However, as these are living products, slight variations in size, color, and taste may occur.

Seeds are for growing purposes only and not intended for direct consumption.

DIY kits include multiple components. We are not responsible for the misuse or improper handling of these components.
3. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept payments via secure payment gateways. We do not store your card or bank information.
4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 8-10 working days for all ready-to-ship products.

Currently available microgreens listed on the website are delivered instantly or as per the earliest available delivery slot.

Microgreens ordered through the “Microgreens” section are grown fresh upon order. These require a 7-day cultivation cycle after which they are harvested and shipped to ensure peak freshness and nutrition.

Delivery timelines depend on your location and our shipping partner. We are not liable for delays due to courier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns & Refunds

Perishable items (Microgreens): No returns or refunds are applicable unless the product is damaged upon delivery.

Non-perishable items (Seeds, Trays, Tools, DIY kits): Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days post-inspection.
6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. If you order from microgreen section.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
7. Product Usage

Tools (cutters, spray bottles) are to be used as intended. We are not responsible for any injury caused due to misuse.

Cocopeat and jute trays are biodegradable and should be stored in dry conditions before use.
8. Health & Safety

While microgreens are nutritious, customers with specific allergies should consult a healthcare professional before consumption.

We ensure hygiene during processing and packing but recommend rinsing all produce before use.
